All Kincaid pool member children are encouraged to try
out. Parents meeting March 14, 20010 at Rust Library from
3:30-4:30pm. Tryouts are at Ida Lee on 4/25 from 6-8 pm
and 5/9 from 7-8 pm.
Eligibility of a swimmer:
Family must reside in Kincaid Forest and be current on HOA dues.
Swimmers must be 18 or younger as of June 15th, 2010. No minimum
age to join, but all swimmers must attend mandatory try-out and
must meet minimum requirements to join team. Swimmers ages 8 and under
must be able to swim 1 length of the pool without assistance.
Swimmers 9 and older must be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool.
Tentative practice schedule is 4 practices a week prior to the
start of swim meets, 3 practices a week after meets start. Meets
are Saturday mornings and Wednesdays evenings.
The cost is $90 for the 1st swimmer in a family, $80 for the 2nd,
$65 for the 3rd, and $45 for each child thereafter, non-refundable.
A registration form is attached. Simply complete the
form, attach the applicable fee and drop it off at Rose Erdelyi's
house. You may also request a Kincaid Forest Swim Team
